11/13/2017 Pogi ako talalga

Kumusta po! Masaya ako para sa yung araw na ito sa magbahagi sa inyong lahat!

My week was a little bit up and down. The week started of great with our district activity, we went to an all you can eat dessert buffet. It was good for the first 10 minutes and then we all felt sick and had LBM's afterward hahaha. It was a good time. We had zone interviews this week and my mission president, President Hughes gave me a lot of good counsel on how to not worry about things you cannot control, how adversity is good and necessary. He is an awesome mission president. Wednesday it rained all day and we worked but no one let us in, they all came up with the excuse that its raining so we cant let you in.....yeah i dont understand either. On thursday we went on spllits with the Zone Leaders, It was awesome and i learned a lot of new vocab and teaching skills. It also rained all day. Elder Yates one of my zl's showed me a rap he wrote in tagalog. its dope. Friday it rained again and I did alot of language study. We finished the lessons with Erwin!! he should be getting baptized on the 25th if everything goes well. We also saw this cat kill a rat during the lesson it was crazy awesome. Elder Connell spotted us Macdo and it was flippin awesome, 12 chicken sandwiches and a bunch i Saturday was just another day, we had to drop the Mcivers because they were not progressing, we tried to visit the other investigators but they were all gone or they just didnt answer. Sunday was a little crazy, we had stake conference. the stake president asked all the missionaries to stand and while we were standing he said that these are the people who are going to progress the work, but we need members to help. He asked who is going to be a missionary everyday and everyone stood up it was awesome. The bishop of our ward doesnt like us though, he is not very willing to help us either. It is what it is, we are still going to work hard. On sunday night we had a tender mercy, we found a family of 4 who seemed really interseted and asked if we could come back the next day! hopefully they are willing to act. Thats all though. Love you guys, keeping you all in my prayers. Shoutout to the homies out in the mission field, shoutout to my fam bam. Remember to read everyday and be cheerful. Until next week.

p.s. someone please update me on the Jazz haha, i heard Mitchell is balling it up, k thanks
