This week was awesome. We are currently on track for the goals we have set for baptisms, there are a couple areas that still need some work though. There was an emergency transfer in our zone this week, my distrcit leader was transferred to Camarin so we got a new district leader and he is in an open area with his new trainee missionary. He feels pretty overwhelmed but he we helped him this week by going on exchanges and he had 5 investigators come to church so he was pretty excited and is now working on building the teaching pool in order to see some people progress in December. The AP's text us every day to remind us of the goal that we set for December, its really cool to see the whole mission united and all working toward the same big goal. You can feel the excitement in the mission. This week we have an MLC with a member of the Presidency of the 70. I am excited to hear what he has to say and am hoping he gives us some tools and ideas in order to hit this goal that we have. December 6th we have another mission tour with Elder Wakolo of the area presidency. We talked about some of the topics that we will be discussing at the last MLC and it should be a good mission tour, I hope it can help everyone.
This week we finally saw some of the people we have been pushing and pushing come to church!!! It also helped that when our district leader moved our area got bigger ad we got some of their investigators. As of now we are hoping and realistically looking at about 7 or 8 baptisms in December. I am praying that those will happen and that the other areas in the zone will be able to see baptisms as well.
We ate really good this week. Like really really good. Elder Ho and his companion Elder Liu (they are both chinese and loaded haha) paid for us for dinner on Thursday for his birthday. We went to a korean bbq and it was great, we all ate a lot of food. We were given breakfast and lunch on sunday. After that we had a great meeting with our bishop and he told us that if we are able to hit the goal for baptisms this year ( we need about 5 more for the year) he would buy us S&R pizza!!! Im hyped. Anyway, it was a great week looking forward to the next one.
Remember, you are the only problem you will ever have, and you are the solution.
