Elder Ho hit his head 11/19/2018

This week was lit, like usual.

On Tuesday night we were at the house talking and trying to figure out how we can help a couple elders in our zone that are struggling, as we were talking Elder Ho walked into the house with a cut on his finger. He asked me if I had a first aid kit so he could clean it and put a band-aide on it. He told me that he cut it on the fan because their fan did not have a cage, it was bleeding pretty bad and Elder Ho hates blood. I helped him clean it and then he told me that he really hates blood. I did not think anything of it I just kinda said something like "oh really, that ok its not too bad." As I am getting the band-aid for him he says "I feel kinda dizzy.." I turn around and I watch him fall from standing position all the way until his face smacked the tile floor, it was loud and our floor is super hard. He totally passed out. I did my best to flip him over while he was still out and we got some pillows and some water for him. He finally came to and had a big bump on his head, I was worried he had a concussion, we called the mission nurse and long story short he slept that next couple days because his face was swollen. I look back and although it sucks for him I had to laugh, just the way it happened was so funny. Anyways he is all goods now, share ko lang haha

This week was great for our area. We are currently teaching Christian (one of our investigators) how to read, he is making some great progress and also his testimony is growing. He really is thankful to us for helping him and he knows that being able to read will change his life. He is getting baptized on the 22nd of December, he will be a great addition to the ward. Hopefully we can get him to the point where he can read in church so he is not so shy to come.

The Aldaba family also has a lot of kids that we are teaching, they will get baptized on the 15th, hopefully if everything goes right we could get 10 of them on the 15th. It will be a great thing for their family, hopefully that will be the turning point for them to come back and start being active again. December should be a great month!!! I am excited to see what the zone can accomplish. Also we are getting sisters this week to help us in our area, so that will just add to the production. I am loving the mission, the work cant be stopped! Love you all and hope you have a great week!!!
